Wholesale orders barely change from week to week. Someone still confirms them every afternoon. Usual does that, and shows you only the changes.

The phone calls, gone.

Cafés change tomorrow’s order in one tap or by reply. Everyone else stays as they are.

Questions

Can a café add something it doesn’t usually order?

Yes, if you allow it. Anything you sell shows up on their order page.

Our weekend orders are different. Is that a problem?

No. The standing order is set per weekday, so Saturday can be twice Tuesday.

Does it do invoicing?

No. Usual collects and organises the orders. Export a CSV for whatever you invoice from.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the pilot. Before it ends we’ll agree a monthly price with you. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

Fewer calls. The right number of croissants.

Usual is in a small pilot with a few bakeries. Tell us how you take orders today, and we’ll set it up with you. Free during the pilot.
